Lift. Move. Work! Friday Funday!

I delivered my replica of the old Toyota to my Godson, Lil Bobby.  All the work and a bum thumb was all worth it seeing him play with this hopefully heirloom Truck.  The reaction my sister had too was priceless 🙂  I love making things especially when they are gifts to my loved ones.  Here are some pics after applying the final coat of varnish and Lil Bobby enjoying his new toy!  Not gonna lie…. I wanted to keep this one for myself 😉 just kidding… kinda lol

10 Minutes to find a heavy single Clean (Using this time before hand will provide a buffer to utilize the 4 minutes on the running clock to its full advantage as we will all begin with an empty barbell at the start of the 20 minutes.)

20 Minute Running Clock
Min: 0-4
1 Rep Max Clean

2 Minute Rest

Min: 6-10
Max Muscle Ups or Pull-Ups or Ring Rows

2 Minute Rest

Min: 12-20
30 Double Unders
8 Single Arm Dumbbell Push Press (Left Arm) @50/35
8 Single Arm Dumbbell Push Press (Right Arm)
8 Lateral Burpees Over the Dumbbell

***Track 2 and 3 will be discussed as alternate options. This is still our Friday workout session, so we can modify to fit your needs! If you have registered for the event, we can score you accordingly and set up the appropriate rep scheme and weights for the “Track” that you have registered. For the rest, I would like to stick to this rep range and we can hit these 8 Minutes as hard as possible! See you all TOMORROW!!
