Drills, skills, and all kinds of thrills!  Come on in to get your fill!  I saw a lot of strong individuals competing at Semifinals.  I saw them crank through some huuuge sets of HSPU’s…. others I think, spent too much time on the barbell and forgot to focus on the basics.  Hammer that in frequently and with consistency to produce a better you for tomorrow.  Practice down the pipeline through a low trajectory over a DISTANT horizon.  Drill in and reinforce the foundations so when the Earth quakes and the turbulence begins, we are only HALF as our best day… so, we work towards raising our default to a higher level so that when the time comes… we are ready.

8 Bulgarian Split Squats or 10 Heavy As Possible Goblet Squats (2, 3, 4 Pood!?!?)

25 Sit-Ups
15 Push Press @135/95
25 Sit-Ups
15 Cal Bike
