Traps Like Tori

I really liked the overall programming from the Masters Quarterfinals that just took place.  Jerod and Melanie performed outstanding and stepped up to the plate last week.  The third Test really grabbed my attention.  But, rarely do Tests act as good general programming… so, because of that, I wanted to present the option for tomorrow’s workout.  If you want to give that one a go have at it!  Or, a relatively and acceptable substitution will be the second option with the two compiled benchmark workouts.  Each should approximately take a similar time frame to complete and hence the 15 minute time cap for the two options.  See you all tomorrow!

15 Minute Time Cap
Deadlifts @225/155
Handstand Push-Ups
30 Clean and Jerks @135/95
