Hero Workout

I’ve been wanting to do this Benchmark Hero workout for some time now!  Today it falls in at a great time.  One of my favorites.  The CrossFit games have implemented different iterations of this workout.  I kept going back and forth of doing the same, but it kept detouring from the original desire to do DT at its basic and effective initial design.  Can you go sub 10?!?!


“In honor of US Air Force SSgt Timothy P. Davis, 28, who was killed on February, 20, 2009 supporting operations in OEF when his vehicle was struck by an IED.

Timothy was survived by his wife Megan and his son, T.J., who was one year old when he passed.
