9/11 Tribute


We will never forget.  I can’t believe it’s been 19 Years.  I programmed this workout last year, and I think it will be our 9/11 Tribute workout for the years to come.  I strongly encourage everyone to come in if they can to do this one.  As we do in our local and global community… we honor those that have died in the line of duty by dedicating a workout to them.  I love our culture.  Civilians and service personnel of all kinds, shapes, sizes, and color died, and America was changed forever.  2,977 lives were lost.  Every rep in this workout will honor, and remember, every single mother, father, husband, wife, brother, sister, uncle, aunt, grandparent, neighbor, cousin, son, and daughter.  I designed it that there is exactly 2,977 reps (That’s almost exactly 6 Filthy Fifty’s).  This is going to be a difficult workout.  I assume you understand why.  It’ll be hard, but after the workout, or the time cap, you will feel better for doing it… we always do.  As mentioned earlier, I designed this last year, but I did modify it a bit and I rearranged some of the movements to make the transitions easier and quicker in attempts to make it more doable.  The movements are light and simple on our complexity continuum.  I want you to hit this hard and storm through it.  Wreak havoc on it.  Let’s band together, workout together, remember and honor together.
