Girl Power

I hope everyone had a great Labor Day and got some rest if you had the day off.  It was great to see everyone come in today and get in a nice holiday workout.  Now, back to our regularly scheduled program!

Shout out to Erica, Jenae, Sophia, and Gena for hitting some impressive and might I say, NASTY lifts!!  These girls in this gym continue to get after it and are just crushing it!

I forgot to upload these photos of those super cool workouts you crazy people chose on Friday.  I always enjoy seeing each workout unfold from the unintentional card every individuals picks out of the hat.  I think one of these days we’ll have a week going through each of those workouts.  That actually works out quite well considering, “From The Hat,” is on a Friday and that following Monday can be what 5am chose… Tuesday what 6am chose… Wednesday what 9:30am chose, and so on and so forth.  It’s decided!  We’ll do that next month!
