Like our future gym shirts will say…. “It’s like life.” We squatted today, and relatively heavy, but like life, sometimes we may be forced to do things after just having done them. Perhaps something like your writing a blog post and your computer dies when you take a break to eat dinner for literally a minute and it doesn’t save a potential life changing post….. Fortunately, the loads from these two days with squats, are drastically on opposite ends of the spectrum. Fran is intended to be light and fast! Also, I want to implement a time cap to encourage the work to be done within the allotted time frame. I ALSO like to encourage everyone to make it in tomorrow to do this one! Time to revisit an old flame! Or perhaps a first time acquaintance 😉
