Half Way

It’s pretty crazy to think, and realize, that we are just about at the half way point with 2020.  It definitely doesn’t feel like it.  It sure doesn’t look like it.  How ever it seems though, we are approaching June.  The warm sun has set in as it bakes our garages, and rises earlier and disappears over the horizon later as we feel it’s heat from it’s presence as we get into our vehicles.  I find myself still not using my air conditioner in my new Dodge… My old Toyota wasn’t made with one actually.  It makes me feel guilty for some reason using it now after 16 years of never being able to, thinking that if I do it’ll break or spontaneously stop working.  I’m weird they say.  Probably so… but how boring the world would be if we our predictions of people were always right.

70 Weighted Squats, Goblet Squats, or Wallballs
With remaining 7 minutes, complete as many Wallcrawls or Max distance Handstand Walking as possible

SIWT 
AMRAP 3
Max Effort Plank Hold
With remaining 3 minutes, complete as many Russian Twists (weighted preferably) as possible

Rest 2 Minutes

AMRAP 5
20 Bear Complexes
With remaining 5 minutes, complete as many Double Unders as possible

50 Power Cleans
With remaining 7 minutes, complete as many Wallcrawls or Max distance Handstand Walking as possible
