Gym Make Over!

I’ve been working on some improvements to spruce up the place for our re-opening hopefully beginning of June.  I’m super excited for you all to see them!  I wanted to keep them a surprise so when you come back it’ll feel special and kinda like the first time in these walls…. but I couldn’t wait!  I posted some of them on the Snap, so I figured I’d just post them here as well.  Most of you know that I’m not a fan of this building, but I really like these additions and hope it does the job!

I made some more jump ropes!  These are just extras cause some of our jump ropes keep falling apart.

Guess what these one ↓ turned out to be!?!?  I didn’t take a picture of the final product…. but I wanted to leave you in suspense!

A) EMOM 14 – Alternating
6 Overhead Squats
6-8 Devil’s Press

B) AMRAP 16
21 Sit-Ups
14 Dumbbell Snatches
7 Thrusters (Use either Dumbbells/Kettlebells or a Barbell)

Here’s some more just cause I have them.  My dad came out of quarantine to help me mount this bad boy!  He gave up his Sunday and spent the hot day in the gym that was suppose to be a quick job… it wasn’t a quick job lol.
