Living Through Seasons Pt.1

I’ve asked, and like to ask, people the question, what seed are you planting? I then explain that after you plant a seed there must be a process that involves a period of time… or a process. After this comes the harvest. This can be approached in a few different ways… Are you planting a seed and expecting this season’s harvest… Or are you planting a seed to grow an oak tree? Now, either response can be correct… I just want you to ask yourself which is the right answer for you?

Conditioning

IWT
A) EMOM – Alternating
30 Sec Weighted Plank Hold
30 Sec GOAT Training

B) AMRAP 16
30 Sit-Ups
20 Dips (Use the double chair set up facing each other)
30 Squat Jumps (Make sure to land in the same squat stance position… if you land off, then reposition into your correct squat stance!)

SIWT 
A) EMOM 14 – Alternating
8-12 Deadlifts (If you have the heavier weights available use a lower rep per round/ if you have only lighter weights use the higher rep range)
30 Sec GOAT Training

B) AMRAP 16
10 Dumbbell Box/Chair Step-Ups
20 Dumbbell Snatches
30 Sit-Ups
