Still Doing Brutal Workouts

“Chad” is bruuuuuutal!  Great job to everyone that got after it!  The other AMRAP for the equipment template should have been a dooosy as well.  I’m very proud of everyone still training and getting their workouts in.  For me, it has been a lot harder than always being at the gym to make myself work out.  The picture is the extent of my home gym and the equipment I have available.   I wanted to keep what I brought home minimal, so that working out with equipment would get me to the gym and out of the house for a bit.  Anything is better than nothing, but keep in mind that’s a last resort.  Try to be intentional, purposeful, and as deliberate as we can most of the time… but especially now.  How we do anything is how we do everything.

One thing to let you all know.  My payment system got an update early this month.  Nothing went through, so the tech support is working on fixing a bunch of system errors.  The payments will most likely go through on the 3rd is what they told me.  Thank you to those that text me to let me know, but they should be taking care of it.

15 Push Press w/Barbell or Dumbbells
15 Hand Release Push-Ups

Conditioning

Deadlifts @155/105 or use Dumbbells

Sit-Ups
