We can turn the notch in our conditioning piece and go “Mad Cow Disease,” and wreak havoc on these AMRAP’s! See how much work can be done in eight minutes… and then do that again for the second AMRAP. Choose a weight that allows for an optimal fast pace… and then sustain it into fatigue… like a bullet in a gun.
