This Week Will Be A Fun Week

This coming week we have the Open beginning annnnnd our first Annual Pumpkin Carving Contest that will immediately follow the Open workout!!  There will be prizes for first, second, and third places for both adults and the kiddos!  I’m pretty excited about this event and should be lots of fun for everyone to get together to display your pumpkin carving skills and win some really cool prizes!  I’ll keep you in suspense, but these should be worth the wait (I’m especially excited for the kids… they should be quite pleased) along with bragging rights as always haha.

Register at games.crossfit.com and be ready to participate in the largest event we have all year!  We will meet for our Open workouts as usually on Saturday’s at 10:30am as Open Gym and Brosesh will be cancelled for the next 5 weeks.  If you can’t make Saturday’s, no worries, you have from the release date and time of each Open which debuts Thursdays at 6pm until that Monday at 6pm to have your workout competed and submitted.  It does help if you schedule a gym friend to come in with you to help judging if you are going to come in during a class time, but not necessary… I’ll find one for you and we will all cheer you on during your workout!  Saturday’s are so much fun, and the energy is pretty LIT as the kids say.  The workouts will be programmed Friday’s anyways, so might as well commit by registering your life away…. uh I mean register and accept the challenge!

Here are some other fun pumpkins I found that were toooo good not to share!!
