
Sorry for the late blog post… we’ll get straight to the point. Yesterday was almost entirely anaerobic, and just miserable. But again, you guys CRUSHED it! Today, we will have one that is a nice blend of anaerobic and aerobic systems. Oh, and remember to stay hydrated (Look back to the hydration post… but half your bodyweight in ounces)!
