Tomorrow we’ll have a CFLOTW benchmark workout named from a former Legend of the Month. I figured Erica would like this workout and when I saw the 21-15-9 format with these relative movements. It also really seems as if it could easily be one of CrossFit’s “Girl” named workouts like Fran or Helen from the classic structure and look of it…. so our first Girl CFLOTW workout is……
