Just You And The Bar

I want to program this just to say we have had programmed it haha. Many gyms out there would probably hesitate putting this one for a normal workout and inevitably go with something else…. but we are LEGENDS. We stare adversity in the face… and beat it back with stick.
… and then enjoy a nice ice cold FitAid.

Also, anyone know where to get military flags so we can represent and honor each military branch?

Conditioning for the Day
Linda
AKA “3 Bars of Death”
**We may have to share bars so come prepared to compromise**

For time:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Deadlift @1.5 Bodyweight
Bench Press @ Bodyweight
Clean @3/4 Bodyweight

Scaling Options:
3/4 – 1 1/4 bodyweight Deadlift
1/2 – 3/4 bodyweight Bench Press
1/3 – 1/2 bodyweight Clean

** You can also cut the first Round or two as a way to scale the overall volume of these movements to accommodate your fitness levels. There is a reason this one is known as the 3 Bars of Death so scaling the reps is most definitely a valid and great option.
