***This is an OG workout that use to come out on the mainsite from CrossFit HQ. When I first started CF it was at a globo gym and their pull-Ups bar was complete Knurling (the grippy texture on the barbells) and would tear me up! I would show up at work at Big 5 with several quarter size tears on my hand. It was a badge of honor. I thought I was so cool. Now I stay in bed at home with dizzy when I tear and make Campbell soup.
