Who Loves Cardio?

Well today’s workout is what we call in the biz, “A doozey!”  I’m surprised, but at the same time not surprised, how well you all took that workout.  40 mins of just discomfort!  I heard once that comradery is a mix of both suffering and laughter.  Do you agree?  I can see that amongst all you crazy people haha.  I love that.
