**The idea is to establish a Heavy triple and then a heavy set of 8 (so once you build up to that set you are done, and you can move on to the next set)… on the set of 4 I want you to attempt the weight you did with your set of 3… then add weight and go for a double!
Conditioning
These 5 Rounds are to be done AS FAST AS POSSIBLE! Train moving through this with efficiency and speed. Develop a new gear that isn’t usually a gear for most “workouts” (kind of like Fran)… this is that gear.

5 Deadlifts @275/185 (choose a weight that allows you to go unbroken, yet challenges just that)
10 Burpees

10 Hand Release Push-Ups or Clapping Push-Ups
30 Double Unders (50 Singles)
