What did the traffic light say to the car? Don’t look! I’m about to change.

I bought some shoes from a drug dealer. I don’t know what he laced them with, but I’ve been tripping all day.

Why wouldn’t the shrimp share his treasure? Because he was a little shellfish.

Just thought I’d bring a little humor to the blogs since I’m always such a serious guy. Well you all killed it today. I better start training more to keep up with you all! Seriously though, PR’s all day long and I haven’t seen you guys hit a workout like that in a minute!! Great job! Tomorrow will be a bit of a 180 from today. A lengthier workout aimed towards a different metabolic system. Fran is mostly anaerobic in my opinion and the longer the duration the more your aerobic systems work.

My sister’s first day back to CrossFit in over 6 years was today so to honor her coming back is why the AMRAP is 33 mins long. 3 is her favorite number. So much so that my beautiful goddaughter’s middle name was almost Tres (Spanish for three) haha!
