Last year, a State Police Officer was killed on February 4th. A Hero workout was made for Officer Darian Jarrott and I wanted to do this workout in rememberance of him. Thank you Jerod for reminding me. Officer Jarrott is survived by his three children and his wife. At the time of his passing, they were expecting another child. He was only 28 years old. Remember that Hero workouts have greater meanings behind them, and those that the workout was made for gave the ultimate sacrifice, as well as for their families. We honor them by doing a workout because they are no longer here. Thank you for your service Officer Darian Jarrott.

I have personally met his wife while measuring her for body armor. She works at the Hidalgo County Detention Center. I would love to print this out and frame it for her to present to her.
