Intervals

Dumbbells are, in my opinion, one of the most, if not the most, versatile and probably underrated object in a gym to implement in any training regimen.  Anything you can do with a barbell, you can do with DB’s… if not more.  Sure the modalities and stimulus change a bit, but that difference has an acceptable trade off.  Creativity and imagination are the limits!  And effectiveness…. Oh yea!
