CrossFit is beginning to put out content of some of our sports fittest and most elite athletes… and they are doing a heck of a job. There are about 8 episodes of this series and I have enjoyed what footage I have seen of this continually growing sport! It’s fun to see these new videos from CrossFit HQ and where they have been planning to deliver to us viewers like the old days. I added just a couple, but if you have time, they are well worth the watch and seeing those at the pinnacle of our sport do what we do day in and day out is always on my list of some good youtube and chill.
