Anyone going on a big hunt or hike soon? This would be a good workout to prep for that. Jenae inspired me for a great workout for tomorrow’s session. We were talking and she mentioned the workout she did Labor Day and as it sat in my head all evening I thought about how crazy she is…. she did 500 lunges with her super cool new weight vest. She is a total beast, but don’t worry, we won’t do anything that insane. If you have a Weight Vest or Body Armor or a Backpack, bring it in tomorrow for this one! It’s been a while since our last Weighted Vest workout and a bit overdue!
