Murph Press Continues!

This Murph Prep should be a “nice” version.  Compared to others in the past this is just figuring out your pacing and breathing for 24 minutes.  The AMRAPs will be continuous with no Rest between them as a transition/separator.  8 Minutes and then on to something else!  Well… kinda.  See you tomorrow folks!
