Gotta get these Master Quarterfinal competitors ready…. Kinda looks like a mini brosesh. I have to admit, I got a little excited writing this one up! I didn’t want to just give them a super cool workout… I figured we can all train like a savage this Tuesday! Push the weight on the Cleans for the EMOM. Work on form, rely on it, depend on it, fall back on good technique. Develop those good habits that will make you better. When intentionally working on your foundations, it’s boring, BUT! It is an investment with big rewards at the end of it. It is a sacrificing immediate result now for the return later… a “low trajectory over a DISTANT horizon.”
Wednesday we will have a Murph Prep workout…. so bring your Weight Vest, Body Armor, or a back pack with rice packs or fill it with some weight plates here!
