Time Management

One more good workout before our 12 Days of Christmas and then Christmas!  I hope everyone is enjoying this time as best as they can and keeping in your heart the things that truly matter in this life.  Family, friends, your health and wellness, the relationships you have, your future, your life, and of course… CROSSFIT!  See you all tomorrow!  Oh, also another huuuuge happy birthday to another OG Myrle!  I hope you had a great day with your family!  Thanks for being a great person and a great friend!  CFLOTW wishes you all the best and for many more years to come!

Wallballs

Shoulder to Overhead @95/65
Then…
In 7 Minutes Build to a Heavy 1 Rep Deadlift

***This will be right into the deadlifts from the workout, so have a plan, execute the plan, then throw the plan away!  Manage those 7 minutes and LISTEN TO YOUR BODY.
