I hope everyone had a great Independence Day weekend, and made the most of it. Fireworks and burgers have a symbolic meaning to being an American!
Make sure to stretch out after today’s workout… or at least at some point at your home before going to bed. This will be a heavily stressing day for the quads, muscularly and on the joints, so make sure to do some maintenance on them especially being the beginning of the week.
