I’m sure most of you are aware of the new public health order released by the Governor. I won’t bore you with all the details, but concerned our day to day operations, we are functioning pretty darn well cleaning everything and following our protocols and procedures here. Thank you for that. I would like to remind everyone, because I’m a little forgetful about it, to wipe the pull-up rig after any time hanging on it. Everything else you guys are rocking it! PVC pipes, Abmats, foam rollers, DB’s, KB’s, medicine balls, and barbells just to name a few are consistently disinfected with CDC approved sanitizing solutions… the rig sometimes get forgotten so wanted to give a shot out to the rig… I should give them names! I’d like to update the Rogue rig someday and name it after the “Zeus” rig from the games, or something epic like that!
So, concerning the Public Health Order…. Please wear your mask coming into and leaving the gym returning to your vehicle. By now we all have cool unique masks that we’re sporting everywhere we go, so we’ll show them off walking in and out of the gym too. Thanks guys! I hope we don’t get shut down again 😦 Bad way to end the blog so I’ll end with this:
