8 Rounds Of 20 seconds of work: 10 seconds of rest
L-Holds
(You can use the two chair (facing eachother) set up for this if you don’t have parallettes or blocks of some sort. Get creative!

SIWT 
AMRAP 20
10 Pull-Ups or 15 Kettlebell Swings
15 Thrusters
15 Dips (Use the double chair set up (the chairs face eachother) if you don’t have parellettes, blocks, or another apparatus. Get creative!
Run to the end of the block and back!
