First workout announced for “Game Of Podiums” right here… right now!
This is a Sprint Clean and Jerk Ladder! This event begins, in the Open division, with 10 Burpees To Rung, and Rx’d division with 10 Burpee Pull-Ups, immediately moving to the bars set up in rows that ascend in load. The top 5 teams with move on to a single bar for male and non-males with a Conga Line style sudden death round. Each round the Bar will increase by 10 pounds for males, and 5 pounds for non-males, with each successful lift completed by each individual until failure! Horsepower is the first workout for “Friday Night Lights,” so, it is the first workout of the competition!
That’s it! Next announcement will be this coming Monday with another workout released. After that, no other workouts will be released until the Wednesday of the week of the competition (Wednesday the 22nd). As you can see from the picture below, I have all the workouts made and ready for “Game Of Podiums.” I hope you all are getting excited because I am suuuuuuper pumped about this event and can’t wait! I actually wish I could be competing with everyone because the workouts seem pretttttttty spicy, but a ton of fun!
Deadline for registration is Friday the 17th. Make sure to come up with your awesome cool team name and register for this event!

80ft Over Head Plate Lunge @45/25# wt plate (Down and back twice!)
60 Kettlebell Swings @53/35
20 CTB Pull-Ups
