The CrossFit Total!
I don’t know if we’ve ever done this but it reflects an athlete’s functional strength capacity more accurately than any other test. It is the sum of the your max attempts of the squat, press, and deadlift. So for example, if your lifts were as follows: squat @200, press @100, and deadlift @300 your total would be 600. If you can’t make it in then I recommend coming in on Saturday open gym time to get this in! Having max is beneficial in many ways!
The infamous Fran. We’ve done this recently, but this is truly the most we’ll know and most classics of CF workouts so we kinda have to do it for benchmark week! Good luck and give it your absolute all! Sell out and grind! That’s the perfect way to end your week.
