Hustle and move well. That’s about it with this one. Move quickly through each round and maintain your pace as well as moving well push pressing that bar overhead. Remember, everything overhead becomes increasing more demanding to your lower back with relative loads. So make that a priority and train the right stuff. Practice doesn’t make perfect… perfect practice makes perfect!
