Partner Workout On Point!

For today’s workout I wanted to make another Partna’ workout.  So call that gym BFF of yours and end the week with a bit of fun.  So just really quick… the reps for the movements labeled as “One person working at a time,” is meant to be SHARED.  So, don’t freak out seeing those triple digit reps, it is really only half the amount you personally will be doing.  I recommend as you are setting up with your BFF gym buddy to split the reps up evenly and with appropriate reps set for that movement…. meaning don’t say you will do “75” wallballs at once in one single chunk, while your partner watches you huff and puff and not give them anything to do for awhile until it is there turn (as the roles will switch).  For most 10’s or 15’s will work about right, but this will be something we will discuss during your set up time as well as the secret to CrossFit…. (I’ll give you a hint now… it has to do something about life).

150 Wallballs (One person working at a time)
20 Burpees (Both may work at the same time)
150 DU’s (One person working at a time)
20 Pull-Ups (Both may work at the same time)
100 Kettlebell Swings (One person working at a time)
20 Burpees (Both may work at the same time)
100 GHD’s (One person working at a time)
20 Pull-Ups (Both may work at the same time)
50 Clean and Jerks @135/95, 115/75, 95/65, 75/45 (One person working at a time)
