The Choice Is Yours

 

I was going through my pictures after today’s Instagram post and forgot I didn’t post these!! Erica and her son Andrew have such a great photo together here, I had to post… even if it was a bit late.

There will possibly be a time cap for today’s conditioning piece. The early morning classes asked me if they could help with that so I decided, I guess I’ll let them help determine that part. So, the time cap will be posted on the white board. We will also go over this one as a group before we get started. Mostly going over the that phase/section of the workout that ends with your choice of how you want to finish your workout. It’s Friday, and again being so generous, I thought I’d give you the opportunity to choice from a few options!

3 Rounds for time of:
20 Dumbbell Power Cleans
20 Wallballs

2 Rounds of:
30 Hand Power Cleans @95/65
400m Run

1 Round of:
50 Pull-Ups/50 T2b/40 HSPU’s (Your choice!)
50 GHD/75 Abmat Sit-Ups
150 Double Unders
